Afinia has developed its workforce pathway programs to align with the employment-focused services commonly provided through the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR).
Our goal is to help individuals build readiness, explore career options, prepare for employment, and succeed in the workplace through structured support and practical guidance.
WHAT IS DOR?
The California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) helps individuals with disabilities prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful employment. Through vocational rehabilitation services, DOR supports people in developing skills, exploring career options, obtaining employment, and achieving greater independence.
HOW AFINIA SUPPORTS DOR EMPLOYMENT PATHWAYS
Our programs are designed to support many of the key areas commonly associated with DOR employment services, including:

CURRENT STATUS
Afinia is currently pursuing Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) vendor approval with the California Department of Rehabilitation.
In the meantime, our programs may be available through SDP, Regional Center support, private funding, or other approved pathways depending on individual circumstances.
